The Voice Input Station is similar to a tape unit, so you’ll feel right at home! The ergonomically designed microphone allows for instant file transfer to your transcriptionist via automatic email, FTP or other desired network path. Just pick up the mic, press record, and that’s it! One hand operation! No need to look at the PC while recording; stay focused on your work, not the recorder. The base unit has 8 user-definable buttons, and the microphone includes a slide switch microphone which allows for record, insert/overwrite, quick review and pause functions. The VIS system also includes a voice prompt assistant that will verbally help you as you work, or can stay in silent mode.

Add our Start-Stop Universal Transcription System and Spectra PC Headset and this package will be your complete solution. Start-Stop will allow your transcriptionists to easily playback your dictation files under foot pedal control, while they type in their favorite word processor. A built-in Job Manager will allow them to keep track of all the dictations and mark them as done when they are complete. Once they’re finished, they simply email the files right back to you, and that’s it!
