DS-3300 is very similar to the DS-4000; however it has a push button thumb operation rather than a slide switch. It also uses standard alkaline batteries rather than a rechargeable battery pack.

Multiple folders on the recorder allow you to organize your dictation any way you like and have it mirrored to the transcriptionist. For example, maybe you designate the first folder "A" for Court Hearing, Folder "B" for Correspondence, folder "C" for Personal Items, and they'll all be sent instantly to different places (via your local office network [LAN], or via email to an off-site transcriptionist working from home or at another office, or even to your own personal email for archival purposes).

Add our Start-Stop Universal Transcription System, and this package will be your complete solution. Start-Stop will allow your transcriptionists to easily playback your dictation files under foot pedal control, while they types in their favorite word processor. A built-in Job Manager will allow them to keep track of all the dictations and mark them as done when they are complete. Once they're finished, they simply email the files right back to you, and that's it!

The Spectra USB Headset is the ultimate headset allowing for crisp digital sound quality that exceeds that of any available analog headset. The headset utilizes your USB port and is connected directly into the PC, resulting in heightened sound quality.

To complete the package is our TDI-5 Telephone Recording Adapter, which allows you to record both sides of your conversation with equal clarity. Connects from either your wall jack or inserted between the handset and base of the telephone!
