LIMITED WARRANTY All Start Stop Transcription and Dictation Systems, and all Digital Recorders (Olympus, Sanyo, and Philips) are guaranteed against defects in material or manufacture for a period of 1 year from the date of original purchase. All headsets are non-returnable, and have a limited 90-day warranty: we will gladly repair or replace defective headsets at our discretion, for the first 90 days from the date of original purchase, if the headset has manufacturing defects. Abused or damaged headsets are excluded, and shipping charges cannot be refunded. The unit will be repaired or replaced, at seller's discretion. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. No other warranties are expressed or implied. Seller accepts no liability for fitness for use in intended application. Liability is limited strictly to the purchase price of the unit.
